The site uses first-party analytics to understand traffic quality, popular pages, recruitment interest, and technical issues. This data is stored in the site database and is visible only to authenticated administrators.

Analytics records can include visited page, timestamp, IP address, pseudonymous visitor/session hashes, browser, operating system, device type, language, referrer, UTM campaign parameters, and location headers when provided by the hosting proxy or CDN.

The analytics tracker does not use third-party analytics cookies and does not store an analytics identifier in browser local storage. Session and visitor reporting is derived server-side from request metadata.

Login sessions for administrators and portal users may use authentication cookies that are necessary for access control.

Recruitment applications collect the character details and contact/context information submitted in the form. This information is used by guild staff to review applications and contact applicants.

Emails sent to the guild address are handled by the recipient mailbox and are used to respond to the request.

Raw IP addresses in traffic analytics are cleared from older tracking rows after the configured retention window. Pseudonymous hashes and aggregate analytics can remain so admins can compare traffic trends over time.

Recruitment applications and operational records are kept while they are useful for guild administration, unless deletion is requested and there is no operational reason to retain them.
